All the nines . . .

"I was born at 9.30 on the ninth day of the ninth month of 1990.

"That means it was my ninth birthday on September 9 last year, in other words I was nine on 9-9-99.

"I was born nine days late, too.

"My birthday in 1999 was the day when some people thought there would be a big computer crash, but it didn't happen.

"I live with my mom and dad and my brother Daniel who is two years younger than me.

"Sometimes me and Daniel fight and argue a bit.

"He doesn't always share things like he should. He was born two weeks late, even later than me.

"We're just back from holiday in Spain. We've been loads of times to Spain because my nan lives out there.

"I don't think I'd like to live in Spain but it's great for holidays.

"I go to Warstones Primary School and I'm in Year 4 with Miss Jones as our teacher.

"We had her before in Year Two. She's all right but sometime she shouts a lot.

"I like games and PE but my favourite subject is English.

"I love reading. I always have done. I read books for hours, especially anything to do with the war.

"We did a project on the war in school last year. I thought it was very interesting. I liked to see all the soldiers' medals.

"I like playing with my dolls but I haven't really decided what I want to do when I grow up."
